I know a few on that list,and think a few should have been replaced by others..But since a list is a person's opinions well then I can't argue.

I'm curious as to who you would replace?

I think most people would, at least from an influential standpoint, not argue with Tolkien.

So I'm up in 4 books now, though 2 of them is grafic novels so I guess it's kinda like cheating xD
But better than nothing...

@Cora-I haven't read all the people on the list,so mostly the ones I haven't read. It is all a matter of opinion after all. But definitely Tolkien is the top! lol I think The Hobbit is better then LOTR.Anyway I would take off Dunsany, never read him,George R.R Martin for the same reason. And a few others I haven't read..I'd add Diana Wynne Jones,if Rowling made it so should she! lol Tamora Pierce should have least have gotten a mention...

But I can definately agree on a few that where added. Piers Anthony=love. On a Pale Horse is one of my favorite books ever.

I adore the Incarnation series! I actually have a few of them in my room..Which reminds me I need to add books to my list.

I could add like......50 piers anthony books to my list and be set for the year lols.

Although I do think I'm gonna add the Incarnation series. I do love them so.

Makes me wonder if I'll have more time to read with me having to start taking so many trips to the hospital.

None taken... I was married to the father of my first born son. The father of the new one is "just boyfriend" because we promised each other that even if I got pregnant we wouldn't rush into marriage until we were both ready for it. Considering how much of a pain divorce was... I'd rather not duplicate it. I'd rather the "just boyfriend" run out on me and let me raise someone I'm going to love for the rest of my life then marry someone I don't love and repeat the entire experience. I really do love my current boyfriend. He feels the same way. And he said that if he had been able to find a job by now... then he would have proposed already. But he can't afford a ring and I'm just barely making ends meet. He's goin to work harder to get a job now that I'm pregnant though.

Well that makes sense. I hope things work out wonderfully for you ,both of you. You two sure sound like you love each other,those are some lucky kids ,to have a mom who cares about them they way you do.

^.^ We really do. It's a little creepy because we were born on the exact same day 3 years apart. Our biggest joke is that they spent 3 years making him perfect for me. <3 But yeah. I love my kid(s) more than anything else in the entire world. (Don't know if I can count the pea in my tummy yet or not.) I want the best for them and I'll be willing to make sacrifices if I have to.

*blushes* well... that's what being a mom is all about I think. Anyone who thinks differently probably shouldn't be having children... or at the very least... not trying to raise them.

lol Including that part about you and your bf joking about,gosh I want to have kids so bad...lol Just need to find the right guy to have them with. He's gonna have to e someone special to get past my fear of having a boyfriend,ironic since I really want one.
