I'm currently taking a break from college this semester due to lack of money/loans. Hopefully I'll be going to school again fairly soon, If i do, I'm hoping for a career as a Librarian, library clerk.
No job because of this economy in the US. have been trying but not getting anywhere.

edit- personally in my life once I get out of college- This would start my life with my boyfriend where we would start living together and such ^.^

Hi. How is everyone? I know I've posted here before but, I keep forgetting about the thread. Is everyone ready for the holidays? I'm just ready for a couple of weeks off work, one of the perks of working for the school system.;)

Me either; I have enough problems with school right now that there is now way in heck I am reading for them

I'm soo not ready for the holidays. I can barely afford any gifts. I'm going to be making everyone gifts this year.

Yeah I definitely can't afford gifts this year either. My fiance is still looking for a job, since he graduates next week with a Bachelors in Information Systems, but there's nothing out there for him...

Making gifts is a lot of fun, but sometimes peoples aren't as receptive. ; ;

Hopefully this year with the economic issues people will be more grounded about that idea. :yes:

I feel like I need to vent this somewhere. I'm just so annoyed right now. I don't know if anyone else here goes to another avatar site called Anitaria, but the same person who just bought Menewsha bought that site also. And I come here and see all these great updates. Hair, embedded videos, item previewing, etc. And he just lets Anitaria sit there and rot. And now it's been hacked for the second time, with porn in place of it, and he does nothing. People over here think he's so great, while people over there are upset with him. I wish I could speak up and say something, but I fear I would get banned here and/or there if I did. So I'm just saying it here since none of the mods or admins ever post in here. I really felt like saying something in the topic about the new hair along the lines of I really appreciate all the new hairstyles and great updates but I'm sad that Anitaria never gets anything and keeps getting hacked repeatedly, but I'm afraid I would just get in trouble for it. I've gotten in trouble for much less on here. :|

@vickicat: I would say send a very polite PM to someone high up expressing the concerns you just mentioned. Add things like 'I understand that you are probably very busy" and things like that so that you don't get in trouble by portraying the wrong attitude. Make it a suggestion, not an attack, and I'm sure they'll at least consider what you have to say.

I have not gone onto antitarni in ages. I joined it ages ago, and just stopped.
