It was cool and drizzly today, here in Colorado. Supposed to be this way all weekend, except turning to showers at some point.

I've babysat before but never worked at a daycare place, so I hope the kids don't gang up on me and make me cry... To be honest, this was my last choice for a job, but all the other job openings went with older and more experienced people so I got stuck doing a job thats normally done by teenagers...

I was just in arizona a month ago to see my grandma, but fortunately it rained most of the time and was cool...

I hate hot weather too and 103 is just the beginning, it got up to 121 last july, it sucks....a lot. I would love to move, but can't afford it just yet.

I think the highest the temp has ever gotten here was 112. And that was . . . sometime before 2002.
That was a bad year as far as weather.

Nope, just that hot in Phoenix, but you stop being able to tell how hot after 110 , after that it's just like walking around in an oven, the actual temperature doesn't matter any more. Though I fully intend to spend this summer in my friends swimming pool. I used to work graveyard shift so I could sleep through the worst of the heat, but my current job doesn't have a night shift. I totally think the city should switch in the summer, everything's open at night and closed in the day time, that would be awesome.

Then the towns would look like ghost towns during summer.

I would spend all my time in the ocean if I lived in California. We used to go boogie boarding in the summer at mission beach in San Diego, that was the best time I've ever had.
