Ugh butter cream icing is not a meal, sure you could mold it to the apperance of mashed potatoes but after two bites. your taste buds will shrivel up, and your belly revolts; Well at least for me. :roll:
icing and small kids don't work, they like to stick their finger in it for some bizzare reason. |

Heartagram: Either that, or some women were lucky enough to have very good babies! Both of mine were terrible for the first night at hospital - once they were home though it was heaps easier! And yes, 5 minutes after an icing meal is always the regret stage... but it's so gratifying at the time! |

@T - Actually, I'm going from home, which is fairly close to the boonies (but with cable internet), to the very large city of Seattle where my b/f lives...you wouldn't expect going into the city would mean being cut off from civilization, but my b/f doesn't have internet service at home anymore. He doesn't even have a cell phone! I swear he's living in the stone age...>.< @Heart - hello and welcome!! ^_^ I hope your mom is doing well! And of course - mmmmm, frosting! But I have to say, even with my ultra-sweet tooth, the thought of a frosting meal doesn't sound too good. *lol* I'm not one to talk though - I succumbed to 50% off valentine chocolate at the store today. A Hershey's Pot o' Gold truffle meal isn't much better than the frosting. ^_^;;; |

Kids and icing are not always a good combination, but making cakes and cupcakes for kids is a good time! XD @t_4eva - Well I heard a bit of fussing when a door opened and it quieted down quite nicely when the door shut. I think it helped my mom to get to see babies on her shuffles up and down the hallway - she loves babies more than anyone else I know! I'm glad yours calmed down when they got home! ^_^ @Ryuumi - Thank you! My mom is home now, and aside from trying to keep the animals off her, everything is going pretty smoothly (I think the pain pill helped ^_^). When I go out tomorrow, I plan on trying to hit up a few post-Valentine's Day sales. The craft store and Target probably expect to see me right after holidays by now >.< |

*nods* that is very true. Actually, I do have a kind of stalker, but she only stalks me because I told her to, and because I know where to go to find people to chat with, so really, she's stalking me for her own benefit ^_^ But it's all good - she's a really good and old long time friend of mine, and she can stalk me all she wants! <3

Luckily, I don't technically have a stalker...Lilim is my girlfriend, so that doesn't really count, and there are "purkle stalkers", but they are stalking us as a group, so I'm not too creeped out :lol:
