Buds were actually more plentiful for me then the orchids were, which seems kind of unbalanced, but whatever.

I didn't even come on and post much last night. I just sort of felt exhausted after running around looking for flowers.

I'm sad the event is over because I didn't get all the orchids and buds I wanted, but I am not going to miss scrolling through every thread and page.

Man, you all make me feel like I slacker, if I saw a flower it was clicked, otherwise hunting them down never appealed to me in the least. Got all the items and bought stuff with the buds, but didn't actually pursue the flowers, chatted with everyone mostly.

I just went to Avatar and clicked that link over and over. There wasn't any hunting to be done because the page is pretty bare and it didn't scroll unless there was a flower or bud at the bottom. |
Lauryn, that's a great idea, I will have to remember that if the next event is set up like this.

I tried the dance thing on Gaia once. And promptly gave up getting any of the items. Luckily I wasn't very impressed with them at all.

That's one of the great things about Gaia event items--the market is absolutely FLOODED with them, and they are pretty cheap.

I don't even sign on to Gaia anymore. I find it boring in the extreme. The place is honestly just too big for me now.

I go into Gaia a couple times a day to check on guilds and stuff, but I tend to not stick around too much anymore.

Gaia.
It seems like whenever I go to other avatar sites everyone there hates Gaia or doesn't like it much... I feel alone in that I still love Gaia the best. They have so many features and things to do... I guess I just like bigger sites more than smaller ones. I guess most people come to sites like this because they left Gaia, but I never left, I just enjoy having different types of avatars to play around with.
