I use pidgin too... when I do IM. Not very many of my friends and family are on anymore. I use Incredimail for my e-mail program, or I just check in the browser. Yahoo account mainly in browser and gmail in Incredimail due to the fact that I get a lot of images from a group I'm on and I get sick of clicking the show image link in all the e-mails I get. :(

lol, just "subscribe" to the thread, then pick instead of "no notification" "instant email notification" and whatever folder *mine is in default* and then ok. and then bam gmail tells you the moment it gets posted.

I don't like getting email notifications though... I have a thing against them... especially on a fast moving thread, it just annoys me. I like how I have it set up now :)

I use FF at home... why would you want a plug-in that makes websites think it's IE? I don't get that lol

In regards to the 2o y/o... it's legal to drink in Australia when you're 18 so that excuse doesn't much work :D

lol, well the plug in is for things that ONLY run in IE *pisses me off but now we fixed it* like nexon.net. or something, and the email thing isn't that horrid, it only sends one for however many posts there may be *in gmail anyway* so it doesn't get too cluttered. but yeah, someone asked about how to get notifications after a post, *maybe it was you, but I don't feel like back tracking* so I said how it were possible I like it. sure beats refreshing, and to be honest this isn't fast refresh rate for me, thread speed I mean,

I need to look more into that plug-in...I hate having to log into IE when all of a sudden, *BOOM* I'm denied access to something when I'm in FF.
