She's such a girly girl it kills me. I showed her a costume site the other day and all she's wanted to do is look at more costumes. My girlfriend and I usually go out somwhere together in couples costume. Last year as The Snow Queen and Autumn. This year we wanted to go as Peter Pan (her) & Captian Hook. :)

We go out every year as well, but then it is our anniversary too s we always try to make a big deal of it.

I just love Halloween. And I;m a girly-girl. Not as much as others, since I'm pretty fucking geeky. But more so than most girl gamers I know. Most femine one in my house right now.

Ooooh, I want to see those pics!

I have no clue what I'm going to do for halloween, all I know is we also want to do a haunted house here.

Lokis 09-23-2008 06:27 PM

I guess there a huge haunted house going up at the fair grounds here this year, Im going to take the kids to it.

Sailor Moon's outfit is basically an ornate bodysuit. You could probably find stuff that would work if you look at children ballet unitards. Then you can just add to it from there. Maybe buy a cute blue skirt for her to wear, the gloves,... any specific designs you can print out onto iron-on paper and do it that way. If you do pieces like that then you can take it apart and make it into another outfit later. Would be worth all the effort if she likes dressing up all the time like my niece.

Your right! Thanx GeminiKizzy!! :) Yes my little one does love to dress up so it's not like she'd only want to wear it once. I could probably find the little body suit at a dance/gymnastics shop. The accessories will be the easiest part.

Oh, I'd love to go to a haunted house this year! I haven't been to one in ages. I live near Sandusky OH, so I'm hoping to be able to make it out to Cedar Point for Halloweekends. My girlfriend called me yesterday with another couples costume idea, Axel Rose and Slash, lol!

Morning everyone.

EternalHearts 09-24-2008 05:52 PM

Ah Halloween...I have no idea what El and I are doing, let alone what/if we are dressing up. I guess I need to talk to her about all that tonight.

GeminiKizzy 09-24-2008 07:17 PM

Halloween is sneaking up too fast this year. My son is already bugging me to get him a pumpkin and it isn't even October, yet! I started to panic because I we haven't gotten his costume until I remembered that I still have time. I don't care so much if I don't dress up but he has to get what he wants (he's my one and only so he's spoiled rotten).

AkashaHeartilly 09-24-2008 08:33 PM

Gosh, everyone with having children!

But it is sneaking up on us. Hopefully I get job at halloween store and I get good discount on items.

EternalHearts 09-25-2008 03:46 PM

Akasha, that would be a great part-time job!! Good luck.

GeminiKizzy 09-25-2008 06:22 PM

good idea Akasha! Especially with how expensive things are getting these days.

AkashaHeartilly 09-25-2008 07:13 PM

I'm not wanting it as a part time job! I just need a job badly!
I just moved to the bay area and having such a hard time finding work right now!

GeminiKizzy 09-25-2008 09:52 PM

that sucks. A friend of mine is having the same problem finding a job. However, holidays are almost here so people should be hiring soon.

AkashaHeartilly 09-25-2008 10:10 PM

Yeah, but it is taking to long and I need a job now.
I went to go find a temp agency and I left the directions on how to get there at home.

roocee 09-26-2008 02:42 PM

Morning everyone.

Hey all. Been a busy weekend and now a start of a busy week. I may not be on much but I hope everyone else has had a good weekend & their days are going well, too.

EternalHearts 09-29-2008 03:49 PM

Hey all, this week should be fairly quiet, so I imagine I'll be on more, although we are closed tomorrow for teh holiday so I won't be able to be on at all.
