LOL....there's other veggies you can put in lasagna, capsicum (known as peppers in some places), tomatoes, being one of the important ones flavour wise....i think i also put carrot in mine, i chopped all the veggies into smallish pieces.

I don't mind it being non-vegetarian. I just didn't want the meat. It messes up the consistency to me. >_>;;

Some hardcore vegetarians claim that cheese is not vegetarian....but then again, the person who told me doesn't eat dairy at all, and says she's overly vegetarian not vegan because the only animal product she eats is free range eggs.

Anyway...maybe you could add chicken mince instead of beef just to be different?

I attempted being a vegetarian for a while, but I realized I don't like to limit myself in terms of what I eat.
I love milk and dairy products too much to ever be vegan.

We ended up getting the frozen lasagna with meat.. :XD I should have been more specific when I put it on the grocery list.

Sure, I'd eat them boiled, fried, etc...as long as they're cooked. I don't like raw ones. XD
