I once knew I was dreaming and pinched myself in the dream, strange thing was that I could feel the pain of the pinch,

I hate it when I'm in a nightmare, I'd pinch/punch/slap myself, and not be able to wake up. :XD;

I don't usually know I'm having a nightmare when I am...but yeh, whenever I am aware that I'm having a nightmare I'd do the same type of thing.

I'd keep telling myself, 'Wake up!', but it doesn't always work...

Oddly, when I'm in a good dream, if I think, 'Oh hey I think I'm dreaming-', I usually wake up. -__-;

Yeh, that happens to me too, or when I'm getting to an interesting point in the dream I wake up.
