One time at youth group, a boy's father comes up to me and asks "how old are you?"
I told him I am 17 and he is like "WHAT. I thought you were 13!" and a friend of mine jokes "or 12." D:
But he only asked because I am staff and he wanted to see if his son can help out as staff.

People always get my age wrong too... Most of the time they think I'm 15... (I'm really 19 though). I'm just really short and skinny for my age... D:

Anna, you can definitely get more of those--if you still want them. XD But you'd have to wait for.... Ah, bugger, I can't check this calendar. You'd have to wait until next Friday. My last paycheck went practically exclusively into my school account. Plus my allowance. Plus the extra money that I got that was supposed to go for food. (Although I did get some groceries, so, huzzah for me eating within the next few weeks.) Sooo, yeah. Kind of broke right now. (Actually, I think I'm in overdraft again--and I didn't even need the deodorant! Tt.)

Anyway. If you don't mind the wait, then, yeah. -shrugs- That's up to you, though.

I'm 18, almost 19. But last year both Allucard (who's almost two years older than me) and I got taken for middle school kids. This woman was like, "Oh, are you in middle school or junior high?" I give her this look. "I'm a senior in high school, and he's in college." "Oh." I'm going to be getting carded when I'm fifty. (Unless I go prematurely grey like my mother.... At which point I intend to either dye my hair pure white, or all kinds of exciting rainbow colors, given that it will be light enough for it. Also, fifty isn't prematurely grey necessarily--but I'm pretty sure that she was going grey before she was forty. So, yeah.)

Short skinny men are sometimes NiBus. And are thus good.

On a vaguely related note to the topic-ish of this thread, I saw my kitties this weekend! Not NiBu's, though. XP Oh, well. And today I was woken up by a ton of bands outside my window. :headdesk: THAT was pleasant.

And yeah, I'll probably be carded well into my thirties.

I find it hard to tell if I am earning gold from others posting in my threads because I don't have that many threads and I am always posting when I am on, and don't memorise my gold every second.

Damn! That's definitely true; I saw your posts in here and wondered at my lack of gold gain. XP Oh well. I also kind of liked knowing how much gold you got per post--not THAT big of a deal to me, but it'd be nice to have back. :( I think I'm going to go and comment on the lack of gold gain from other people in one's own thread. (See if anyone else has asked about it, that sort of thing.)

Edit: I got less than one gold for that post earlier, and six for this one? I think that the gold granting is running around again.

same old same old. except that I'm slowly loosing touch with sanity. I dunno, probably just too much stress, not enough sleep, and a little depression. But I swear I'm going insane. other than that though, I'm still doing the same things as usual and being bored by them x3
