It's awesome, but overwhelming. I definitely have way too many anxiety problems to be able to thoroughly enjoy being here.

I know what you mean Pickles, I'm to much of a country girl myself to really to enjoy the city. I like open spaces and not to many people. :)

;D Ditto. Although I'm originally a northeast person[moved to Oklahoma a few years ago] D; I should be used to the crowds, I don't think anything really prepares you for New York City.

New York is one of those places I'm slightly in awe of but I don't think I would ever really want to spend much time there. XD

I feel the same way about Tokyo as well. They're both just such big noisy cities that I know I would end up feeling bewildered and a bit intimidated. If I was ever there by myself I probably wouldn't barely leave the hotel room.

I agree with you, I think New York City and Tokyo are the two most overwhelming cities. Los Angeles might be another, but that's one I really don't want to go to. xD

I don't blame you, I think I might've broken down if I weren't here with friends and my room mate.

I am glad that this is the last day though, although we might come back before Thursday [or so] to go to Chinatown and eat at a Dim Sum resturant that we went to last time we were here.

I don't mind crowds. I am used to big cities, towns, and small villages.
Even the countryside or mountain side. =)
It's cause i live in a town currently, i visited the city plenty of times, i lived in a country half around the world when i was 13 without my family and just in a dorm in the city, i traveled a lot on field trips and my own trips when i was living in Korea, my mom is from the mountain villages in Japan, and my dad is from the country country side in Portugal and i have spent a good amount of time at both places. lullzz
i can adapt quickly xD;;
