Yeah you can. Just find a good roleplay. You know that when you type properly you get more gold? I love that about this place. If you roleplay and make good sized posts, you earn a good amount of gold.

Just because you've been here longer doesn't mean you know that. I've been on some websites for two minutes and learned more than people who've been there for two months. =S

I made my account just before the switch, but I didn't bother posting. I didn't like the forums, and I nearly ditched this account. Then I decided to give it another try after the software change, and suddenly it felt more like home.

And the layout is different than Gaia, too. I just want to yell at all the idiots that say Mene is a rip off of Gaia. They say that about every avatar website, though I'm sure Gaia wasn't the first one.

I've almost completely abandoned Gaia. But I have to admit, I'm extremely in love with my avatars there. So yeah, I won't completely abandon them. But I've completely shunned about 99.9999% of all Gaia users.

I don't really like Gaia. I tried it once, but then I went on the forums and ran for the hills.

My username is an inside joke about my basement in the summer. We get big cave crickets, along with the huge black crickets you can find out in the yard. They attack your legs, so you have to be careful and make sure your legs and ankles are covered.

They've also attacked our dumbest cat, and scared the crap out of him.
