And yeah, the prices of gas is killing us. I have no idea how people are affording vacations. I think that the people going on vacations must have ALOT of money compared to us. I try not to go anywhere if I can't help it and groceries are just over the top. :cry:

Gas is absolutely insane! I'm in the process of finding a place to live, but am having no luck and can't even move in with my girlfriend for a little while because the commute would be too expensive. And forget about traveling! The little money I have is going to gas nowadays.

I still live at home.
I pay rent and have massive amounts of bills. but it sucks. Everytime I've attempted to move out either i don't get the places or roomies fail on me.

It's hard to be on your own these days and have anything extra left over.

There's no such thing as extra around here. And even when there is... I thought I could spend my nice govt. check on whatever I wanted, after I put alot towards the car payments... Turns out that our crappy ten year old microwave went and broke, and I had to replace it! Now I'm not complaining too loudly... I mean thank God it broke during a time when I did have extra money. But, I guess that money wasn't as extra as I thought it was. I'm sure the rest is going to go for gas of course. And maybe milk. It is sad when you have to consider drinking less milk so that you can afford gas.

I'll be leaving soon... XP
