I'm allergic to seafood, so Sushi is generally off my list. I know there are ones that don't have seafood in them, but if you honesly can't experience the whole range within sushi, I don't really see the point.

Unfortunately, it's not that I can't taste the sushi, I'm nervous about how it will sit in my stomach...I was THAT kind of sick this weekend. I personally tend to prefer it without avocado--there is just something I don't like about the texture and taste of it plain. My favorite is eel, followed by any type of tempura. |

Well, I don't eat some of the sushi too... I LOVE the rice. That is teh main reason why I like sushi.

My girlfriend and I plan on trying to make sushi one of these days--I even have a fresh seafood place whit sushi-grade fish across the street from me--I hear it's not THAT hard.
