Kukon 05-20-2008 04:10 PM

Lanackse 05-20-2008 04:16 PM

Good job I know some first aid and remembered it from 1996 o.O

Kukon 05-20-2008 04:17 PM

XD Ironically, i'm listening to Macarena and thats from 1996.

HIM_ROCK 05-20-2008 04:17 PM

*rolls out of recovery possition and lays face down*

Kukon 05-20-2008 04:19 PM

>.< Him come on! D:

HIM_ROCK 05-20-2008 04:23 PM

*dives down back of sofa away from Lana*

Lanackse 05-20-2008 04:23 PM

you actually can't fall out of the recovery position. That's the point of the position. It's so that unconscious people don't choke on puke. Yes unconscious people can throw up.

Kukon 05-20-2008 04:25 PM

@Lana: o.o Really? Didn't know that. XD

HIM_ROCK 05-20-2008 04:29 PM

I am a nursing cadet so I had to learn now to deal with that. If the person is wearing rings you have to chose the hand with the least rings on *looks at random persons hands with rings on all fingers* O.o

I also had to do slings for brakes and cuts. As well as doing CPR *has waking nightmares about CPR dummy*

Lanackse 05-20-2008 04:29 PM

It also keeps the airways open..... ^_^

Kukon 05-20-2008 04:29 PM

XD Thats a lot of rings.

HIM_ROCK 05-20-2008 04:37 PM

The woman I had to do it on had several rings on she had the same ammount of rings on each hand ¬.¬

Kukon 05-20-2008 04:38 PM

That must've been a pain. o.o

Lanackse 05-20-2008 04:39 PM

I didn't mind the CPR dummy, it just tasted like antiseptic..... bleh..... horrid taste......

ouch.....

Kukon 05-20-2008 04:43 PM

I've never had to do such things. XD

Thankfully or not? I dunno.

HIM_ROCK 05-20-2008 04:43 PM

CPR dummy needs more air than I do. I got up and felt dizzy after :XD Practicing the recovery possition was funny DON'T STEP ON THE CASULTY! DON'T STEP OVER THE CASULTY!
