I really hope so too. I don't like all of this anger and tension around me. It bleeds into my online life. I come here to get away from such things.

As for the election stuff, I'm just glad it's over... though last night, I was very peeved off at the people in my wing who were being noisy about the whole thing... But then again, it's their fault that after waking me up that it took me forever to go back to sleep >.<;

Well, it's been pretty quiet and happy in our neighborhood. We live in Illinois so just about everyone around us is thrilled Obama won.

Haha, Dae didn't even watch any news or anything last night (except for some of Enchanted). Though her roommate was checking online every couple of minutes.

Oh wow, poet - I don't think I could stay up that late anymore even if I wanted to! My kids have trained me well on when I am supposed to go to sleep and wake up.

I was up that late just because I got off work at 10pm results were in not long after I got home.

I actually went to bed really early last night. I was out by probably 9:30... sadly, I was woken up by the girls in my hall and their screaming -.-; the down falls of living in a dorm with a bunch of crazies...
