I have an exam on Friday and some stuff to do (looking for a job, amongst others since I'll hopefully get my degree by the end of next month) so I might even be around less than usual... On the other hand, it might also have the exact opposite effect. I'm too fond of procastination than for it to be productive. XD;; |
I really need to go back to my other part time job... I kind of promised some people I would work there over winter break. >.>; But I keep putting it off.

dae: was not! :P youn: most of the time i just leave it on random while i'm working, skipping songs i'm not in the mood for. which mainly ends up with me skipping more songs than listening XD though i do go through periods where i will listen to a certain selection of albums, or artists more than others. i really need a job over christmas. but there aren't any jobs here, they've already been taken by the other students :( |
When I was getting a part time job, my mom kept yelling at me to go ASAP before all the college kids came back. Now that I have a part-time job, I'm probably good through college with it.

I just can't ever be bothered to change the order of the songs. If I do, say put the player on shuffle, I get very confused because I've gotten used to the order of the songs. Sometimes, I even expect some songs to follow each other when I'm listening to the radio because I'm too used to hearing them on my playlist... I had a part-time job. But I was too efficient and ran out of tasks. <.< My hope is to get a full time job by February. I can dream, can't I? XDD;; |
Most christmas jobs have been filled by now. I have one of those jobs. Had to be there for Black Friday. I'm hoping to keep my job after christmas, cause i really need it.
I also have a few friends who just got layed off. It's horrible. |
I'm so lucky that they keep letting me come back... But then again, the store basically functions with students as employees.

I work in a grocery store as a cashier. They usually need the help over the holiday season anyway.

Really? I heard night shifts are mot good for your body in the long run, though.
One of my former class mate said it was a real trouble going back to normal after two days night shift and that you weren't supposed to work night for more than three days straight (with at least two days inbetween). But I guess that could depend on the person doing the job? :3 |
I prefer night shifts, but I'm up all evenings naturally anyways.
I suppose it would also depend on the person and the way their body is. Also when your younger, you tend to want to be up more at night and you start slowing down as you get older. |
