I meant if no one is staying there, no one is using the utilities, so if they're included, that's a lot of money they /won't/ have to pay, but they'll still get the rent.

Lease's are fun.
One, make sure everyone you move in with plans to stay the entire and breaking lease's can be tough. One of our only other way out is eviction, and that could still envolve the 6 grand fee and fucks up our credit super duper bad.

What I'm thinking of doing is finding a cheap or free place in the south bay, living there and still paying rent, while also coming back and staying. I have one possiblity, and if that works out, looking so forward to having my own room.

I've been alone ALL. DAY. LONG.

Well, I was working from about 8-12 this morning and then I finally watched the Departed and then I had to pick up the little brother from work... Then, I watched the last half hour of Prison Break... Gah, it was sad! D;

I was/am cleaning .... *goes to mop*

Now Dae is tired... But really wants to read more fanfiction. O.o;

It's not that bad sharing a room with someone, but I would like my own room again.

I'm reading about Hypatia on Wikipedia and then onto other things from there.

Also, homemade cheese burger for the win.

Next year I get a room to myself again at school. That will be nice. ^_^ But I'm also paying a ton of moola for it. ;_;
