I'm bad and just listen to most songs that I like on playlist.com. I'm too cheap to buy them and I don't really go anywhere that I could really listen to my MP3 player.

It's one of the few thing in life that I tend to feel I really would like to buy. I have a "fledgling" vinyl collection as well, one single, one EP, and one LP, the last being a gift from a friend (before which, according to said friend, it was not a proper vinyl collection at all, a there were only two pieces!). And at some point, I would like to be able to actually play them. We have a record player that works, but the speaker system with it doesn't work, so i can't really use them right now.

But I don't like listening on playlist.com unless just to look up a song or something. I want to get an iPod classic, though. And an external hard drive XD.

I have a record player but I only have one working speaker for it. Not that I play many records anyway. It gets more use when my niece spends the night and grandma wants her to listen to Cinderella or something. I've never been a serious collector of music.

And with all the one hit songs that I like, it would require me to invest a large amount of money I don't have to get them all. I don't own an iPod or really any MP3 player with a known place for getting music... Nor do I really even have the money to buy much of anything.

lol, I'm not big on one hit wonders in the first place so that's not a general problem for me XD. I try to get into artists and band rather than just songs, that way I have more of a context and the general message of the band/artist can be appreciated as a whole rather than just the one song.

Poet: See, I honestly could care less about the meaning behind songs. As long as the lyrics and the music are good, I'm good to go. I've never really cared much for finding out about the band or the people behind the music.

Abbi: Glad you had a good time. ^_^

So then let's just make up a new topic! I saw "Bruno" last night and LOVED it..but with full frontal male nudity in the movie...I was appalled when the lights went on and I saw some idiot had brought their preschooler to the movie!

Oh my goodness that is pretty weird. Well who knows I guess people raise their kids differently. That movie looks funny although Sacha Baren Cohen is kind of hit or miss with me.

I still haven;t seen Borat and lols to people bringing kids to movies. Well, depends on the kid and how they are with them. Much of the time, kids really don't understand what was going on.

One of the years I worked Rocky Horror someone brought their 2 year old child. I was like, are you sure? and the parent was fine with it.

And congrats monstahh!

We own Borat and I haven't felt a need to see it. I haven't decided if I ever do want to see it.

However, I can't wait till Harry Potter tonight. <3 Though my friends and I haven't made plans yet, which has me worried.
