The fishing game and the helicopter games are terrible for me...
I get so tense when I'm trying to play them, that I end up just terrible!

Sorry, but I can't help you too much. I've gotten anxiety attacks, but not very often.
I just take 4 Advil and lie down... It relaxes the muscles and helps me zone out.

I'd suggest checking them out. I'm pretty sure I've had panic attacks and the such, they can sometimes help you. I'm actually seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist there, who's been prescribing me meds for my depression/anxiety.

I have been trying for 3 days to meet with her.
I already have an appointment for tomorrow. So I'm just saying "fuck it. :/" and waiting.
Which is hilarious and sucks for me, because I have two tests tomorrow.
BEFORE our appointment.

Funnily I have never had a problem taking tests. Whether or not I do well on them, but I just don't stress about them. What I know, I know, what I don't, I don't. I'm sure it's attributable to the fact that it was never that important to me how I did on the test...

You know, I used to never have a problem taking tests in high school.

But now in university it seems to bother me more. But my anxiety kicked in around then too. Probably explains my panicking on tests nowadays. >_<;
