Apparently she's not cleaning the kitchen or calling the landlord until I clean the living room. Which I did days ago. I even cleaned up her half-empty beer bottles that were laying around, too.

Yes, yes it is.
At least she did the dishes. A couple of mine too. I usually do hers so it's a nice change. She also cleaned up MOST of the kitchen, but I still don't know if she's called anyone yet. |

No, because her name is on the contract. She's allowed a roommate if she wants one as long as the bills get paid, so the landlord and I have never really met, because I dealt with her.

When we signed our lease it was very specific about how many ppl would be living here. It stated that there would be an automatic rent increase if anyone else moved in and that failure to notify of extra occupants could get us kicked out

I don't think it would matter though, she was living alone, and she paid utilities herself. Now we split all the bills. /shrugs Whatever, if she hasn't already, then nothing will happen most likely, out landlord is also her boss, I think? |
