There is a wicked loud and super rainy thunder storm going on here now, that is the best part of summer

Summer Thunder Storms are the shizz! Specially on a corrugated iron roof i swear! BEST thing to go to sleep listening to!

The storm actually flooded a main road, but by morning all the water had evaporated..and we were like where'd it all go?

I live atop a very uh... mild? Hill, with the opposite end of my block a few feet below where my house sits; meaning the other end of the block will generally flood while my house (well, my parents house.... where I live...) will stay dry. We have had a puddle of ground seepage before but that's it.

Yeah we live on a hill too... which has a lot of trees on it so no landslides or anything eventful here XD

I grew up on a hill in a house with a basement.
My entire town is pretty much on a hill though.
So no one would ever really flood unless they had a shitty basement.
Which we didn't have, oh yeah. 8)

Well there wouldnt' be any landslides here considering that the lawns aren't very big, there wouldn't be anything to start a landslide...
