Really? Piano is actually pretty easy... but I don't learn it the "normal" way... >.>" I memorize a song before I can play it... so I actually tend to ignore sheet music while I'm playing XD
I can play Sakura almost flawlessly after remembering how to play it after a while... =3 without sheet music... Granted that horribly limits the songs I can play =.= |
Oh wow! That sounds like you really love the songs you play though. I think that there's an upside to learning the way you do though. I think it would probably be easier for you to create your own music should you ever wish to. I've never heard Sakura.... which means I'll have to youtube it soon.
I couldn't remember the keys... plus my fingers are pretty short since I'm petite so i could never reach the keys right on time. Or maybe because at the time I was starting to learn the Steel Pan drums and was totally fixated on that??? |

I would be so proud to have a kid who played the piano, even if it were songs no one heard about. Its the piano for crying out loud!! The only reason I can excuse it would be for monitary reasons. Yeah, how did you guess it was the pinky? Lol, i actually could only remember it was hard to stretch out my hand but when you mentioned the pinky.... it was like I was having flashbacks! |
