The thread title is correct. I don't wanna build a snowman. I wanna look at the beautiful, untouched layers and mounds of snow.

I know. Life has just been so chaotic lately. With all this damnable snow and having to drive to work in it and power outages (thankfully not me), I'm just really tired of everything right now.

And I really just want to pick up my life and move to Florida now.

And I want everyone here to know that I really do appreciate you all. <3 Despite my lack of showing it (or showing up here), it's nice to chat with everyone here. And I know I keep saying it but I'm going to try and chat on here more. Maybe I should write it in my schedule or something. xD

I know someone in florida, but I've heard about quite a few sinkholes there.

Well, the potholes around here certainly feel like sinkholes sometimes. -.-; But I'd probably be able to deal with that if I could be closer to Disney. xD

Ah, smart decision. I kind of just jumped in. -shrugs-

We don't have anything special here... worst pandemic we have is a few illegal fireworks being fired off

With all the winter weather, potholes have been terrible this year. It's like driving through an obstacle course which is only made worse by all the snow and ice. -.-;

I'm not normally so anti-winter (I actually prefer it over summer) but since the beginning of the year, we've had 1-2 snow falls every single week. And my one job is at a grocery store where we have a generator to power the whole store. Which means we go to work regardless. And they have no means of contacting people even if we do open late.

Wow... sounds annoying... how do you drive in snow that deep?

Well, depends. Sometimes I can't leave my house because they haven't plowed my street. Sometimes they plow my street, do a terrible job, and I still can't get out. Sometimes the snow isn't that deep or is a consistency where I can still get traction, so I can drive places. Really varies from snowfall to snowfall. Just have to take it as it comes.
