My mother is fluent in spanish but doesnt speak it at home, because we dont understand it.

I wish I was better at learning languages. 4 years of Spanish and 1 of German. My one grandfather and his family could speak Italian but never taught any of the kids.

I think the entire debate about the politically correct gender is fucking stupid. I'm p. apathetic about gender pronouns. I'm p. apathetic about genders. I am completely accepting of your gender choices. My pronoun usage is not an indication of whether I approve of you or not. If you feel the need to be abrasive because I fucked up and I used the wrong pronoun, when my pronoun usage had absolutely no abrasive context in regards to you and your identity, I'm re-identifying your gender as "fucktard."

Its /just/ like getting mad at someone for saying "Merry Christmas." when you celebrate a different holiday. If there was no ill intent behind their message, then why the fuck are you getting mad? Just like "Merry Christmas." isn't an attack on your religious choices, "he" or "she" is not innately an attack on your gender identity. And people who act like it is piss me off just as much as people who deny the existence of a gender spectrum.

I think a lot of people are just looking for something to get mad about. It's a way to be mean and get away with it by saying the other person did it first. It's stupid.

People should just wear t-shirts that tell people what to call them if they're going to get mad when someone can't tell what they want to be called.

If someone called me a boy I wouldn't get mad. I sometimes wish I was a boy. Sometimes I'm okay with being a girl. None of it bothers me because people just do the best they can. I'm not perfect either.

I think its stupid that people deny that sex is not always gender. I think its stupid that people have to bring up gender when it is not being challenged in any way. And no, someone using a pronoun- UNLESS they are saying "You're wrong. You're a he."- is not challenging your goddamn gender.

I've had them microwaved for me before but I've never done it myself. I opened the package so it wouldn't explode and I put them on for two minutes. That seems to be what works so I'm trying it.
