I wasn't brought up super religious, but I was taught that I'm Baptist, so there.
You are, Ling! You made history with us.

Minus a few things it doesn't sound so bad.
Nah I'm just a former failure at life. That class gives bad stats for self esteem. It also has rather low charisma.

I told my father that I leave the care of my nails to Dada. They'll grow as they will and they'll break as they will. There is nothing I need to do.

It's an art movement that started after World War I. The basic idea was to abandon logic and reasoning and leave everything to chance. Dada artists were like, logic and reasoning got us into a world war, so forget it. If it's all random, nobody has a reason to get hurt. They did things in art people considered not artsy at all.
It has been overtaken by Surrealism now, but Neo-Dadaism exists, too.

Oh my God. Why do I do that? Why do I sometimes type ! instead of I? Do not. Screw. With my Virgo side, typos. Lord. I try to be smart and give a nice, informed, educated answer, and this happens. The moral of the story is, never be serious. You'll ruin it.

Dadaism isn't a well-known thing. I didn't learn it in school, why. I found it randomly on the Internet thanks to K-pop. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ Dadaism was in Europe in the 1920s.
Many years ago, I made a post describing a moment I had in the car where, like… the scenery around me was really beautiful and it affected my mood in a way that felt really interesting. Worth sharing with an entire Internet. I accidentally typed "cat" instead of "car," and everyone laughed at that and started talking about riding cats and didn't take me seriously.
I can laugh when people make mistakes. As long as they're laughing, too. I can make fun of people when they make mistakes. I know they can laugh at themselves. But I don't think it's funny when I make mistakes. They're infuriating instead.

Yeah... I need to be respected, more than anything. If I'm belittled I can't stand it. If I'm embarrassed I could die.
Even if it causes pain, it's a good thing. There are peeps who don't care about being respected and that's a much worse condition to be in right.

That's pretty much the same concept as "treat others as you wish to be treated" isn't it?
