Well I found out why there's a herd of elephants in the apartment above me. Apparently its some woman and another person (possibly an older child) arguing about shit (he thinks they were talking about a dog).
My bf was outside and heard them screaming at each other (somehow, I heard their music outside from the inside, but I didn't hear the argument) and now someone is "walking" back and forth across the floor and they just slammed their front door.

Okay and as I've written this post, TWO door slams (probably more as my keyboard is extremely loud and I also had the TV on, crime show, lots of DUN DUNS and violent noises).
If this continues past 10pm, I'm calling 1) the rental company and 2) the cops

To be honest, they seem really white trash and I doubt they even know what an Alexa or an Echo is.
She almost every day takes up two spots to park. Not because she just slams in the middle of them, but because she'll park so far to the right, that a driver can't get out of the car without slamming into her bright red car (which would leave marks on the silver car we have) so we keep having to park across the street because there are no spaces! Even though we have TWO spaces allotted for us, she and her roommate manage to take up three parking spaces and its really pissing me off.

No, she's my height (5'3'') and much much much skinnier than I am.

Thinking about it real hard. The office is closed for the day, but if she keeps slamming doors and screaming and shit I'm definitely reporting her.
I have my phone ready to record if it starts up again.

I don't know if there's abuse but there is definitely some shit going on. It seems to have settled down for now but meh.
Part of me gets worried when it gets all quiet up there because they're usually so loud with the running and the slamming. :/
