Well, being that you were a Mac user for most of your life, you're not really able to see it from a person brought up on PCs. But that's okay, its hard for me to understand all about a Mac too.

I mean there are a lot of things that require you to use IE to use them. Yes, many Windows people don't like IE, but it is still available to be used. Things that are developed for IE only are thus developed for windows computers only.

I don't really like macs.
In part because I was raised on PCs, but also because I think they are kindof obnoxious, and far too expensive. Yeah, they're good for graphics and such, but beyond that, PCs are better, like for work and such. You can also do more things with a PC, like there are more add-ons and things for it. Apple is very closed, which does make it safer and more secure, but whatever. Get a good anti-virus program and things like that and you're usually fine. |

I love Macs... my dad's been using them since the 80s and i've been using them my whole life... I don't like PCs mainly because a lot of programs are exclusive to PCs simply because people can't give a try to creating programs for Macs... just because making a program for a PC would bring in more attention/money/whatever... |

A while back I downloaded a bunch of pixel doll bases to try and practice pixeling, but then I decided I wanted to try to pixel my own, but I don't have the patience to learn from the beginning of drawing how to draw a good human shape, and I wanted shapes that were less traditionally feminine (talking stance here, daintiness, excessive makeup etc) and not as skinny... they're all so skinny and I want to kind of break that mold...
Also, my nephew has been dressing my avatars on gaia, and he also dressed this one, haha. He says "I wanna dress up dolls on the computer". It's so cute :heart:. |
