I donated here when I had a job. My reasoning was I do web design and know how hard it is to maintain a website. Not to mention how expensive servers are. x.x

I've been buying the items with gold, or trying to since I lost my job. XD Maybe after I save up a certain amount with my new job, I'll be able to help again. But not until I get my bank account to a certain amount.

i don't donate to Gaia anymore. I used to, but it's gotten to where they want you to spend way too much money. I mean, the aquarium items can't even be obtained without spending real money on it. So stupid. >_<

Yeah. It cracks me up how far they've extended their cash shop. If they'd released all the new nifty items for gold prices, I'd still be active there.

Oh well. They're sort of running the whole site in the ground, anyhow. I have a feeling it's ripe to be replaced by something equally well-funded but without all the flaws, much like Facebook largely replaced Myspace.

Sometimes people get greedy.
I would donate for the April goodies here but I havn't the money.

From what I'm hearing, Facebook isn't any better than myspace. My sister described it as "the perfect way to stalk your former classmates."
As for Gaia, I have to agree.
