I'm hoping to start working on getting a neglected in the next day or so, I'm going around right now and trying to gather as many ERs as I can find to stick my eggs in when that time comes. XD

Well, it is called a neglected because you neglect the egg, it becomes sick, then you hatch it a few hours before it dies then it turns into a neglected dragon. But you will either get a dead hatchling or a neglected.
