@Fabby -- I used to find DC too frustrating too. I had a really bad connection at the time -- it's better now, though not great -- which did not help at all. One thing that helped me was NOT reading DC forums more than I have to, lol. It really is drama layered on drama, and then they wipe it all again and start over.

@Guivre- My problem was the AP was always flooded, the main cave was either blocked or was full of fucking pinks, and then even my dragons stopped breeding properly... I got sick of it and left. It was just frustrating.
I left DC forums a long time ago. That shit is just downright agitating.
