Ah, no, I refer to either InkScape or Illustrator! Both have advanced brush-like vector uses. You make a mark, and it instantly puts the points in the appropriate places! All you then need to do is tweak them. :3

I've only played around a little with Illustrator, but from what I can tell it would be much easier with A TABLET. xD It's just the most comfortable way for me to draw, I guess. I never got really good at digital medias and whathaveyou.
