XD That's a weird class project. What class?

Umm... art class? I think. Then we did it for an alternative class experience thing once in grade school, and once in high school. I think. Haha, I've forgotten the details after all this time. xDD;;

@Cami- definately draws in the eye, and desplays the entries and projects in ways that make them appealing and interesting.

Color scheme is gentle on the eyes which I like ^.^

One thing is a little weird though. Say, for example, I put my mouse above Writing. Then, I decide to move my mouse to the right towards Design. When I do that, the Writing button is omitted and it becomes a white block. xDD;; It's not THAT big of a deal, really, but it jolted me away from the cohesiveness of the design, if that counts for something. ^^;;

I thought it was sweet and simple. I like that - I don't like thinks yelling at me on a page... I get enough yelling from life - I don't need it from my web pages.

Also I didn't see your resume on your site? Usually people put their resumes. <3 Did I miss that?

Ryl: Yeah, I want to fix that... I just can't figure out how. The problem is that I've set the hover background to white and the hover text to purple, but the default text is white so when I'm not hovering over it, it goes back to being white, which makes it disappear into the white background. And the same time, though, the hover white for the background stays when I go down the drop menu, so there must be a way to get the text to do the same thing.

Faux: I'm thinking about doing an enhanced resume that isn't something people can get to through normal site navigation, but that I can link potential employers/clients to.

on a random note, cora has been inspired to try a minimalist approach to avi making. From now on her avi's will be wearing undies....and accessories. Until I either A) reach a years goal with that or B) Get all the CI's. I keep buying commons....which is causeing me to screw up my quests T.T

On one hand, that sounds boring. On the other hand, you look awesome.

Of course, I never bought a single common until I got every CI and EI on the site.

I just sold back to the store over half my commons....Basically all my shirts, skirts, and pants.....I kept some of the corsets though...technically those are a form of undies.

And you can be nakkie and still look awsome. I dont intend to look any less fabulous ^.^

There is a one week exception to this new plan of mine because I'm helping to host a thread for a user event in june and have a specific outfit to wear but other then that I think this will be good practice for me.

Just a quick announcement for you guys. I know I haven't really been here much lately. Things have been really getting quite busy in my life and I haven't had time to come on as often as I would like to get Cycle 10 up and running, so for the time being, I'm requesting that this thread be moved to the hangouts so as not to violate the rules of this forum any more than necessary. I know that while this will remain the main avatar contest thread, I have no idea when I'll be available to start up the contest again, and I don't think I'll be able to get things rolling for a little while either. At least not until after the new year has gotten off to a good start. 2011 is going to be a good year for Project Mene, I promise. Its going to be a good year overall, because I'm not going to let it not be a good year! So just hang in there, keep the thread alive in the Nations, and do me a favor and come back with a fervor when things get rolling again! I'd like to see a lot of new faces and really give you guys something to make it worth your while for having to wait so long when PM comes back!
