I give you my peace offering, though I will admit that it took at least an hour and a half, multiple changes of color themes, and a good bit of bickering with myself, but nevertheless I did use one of the organza pins. Cora did a much better job at it than I did though! <3

I kind of wish those skirts were backwards. The avatars aren't really straight, and I think that the skirts exaggerate that a bit. If it had been on the other side, I think it would have made them look less angled. I'm still trying to find a use for the skirts. Big item, hard to work with : (

The black/smoky one is probably the easiest to use. :yes: The way it's shaded looks best with the most number of hair colors/styles. (It's also the one I'm most likely to use. Haha.)

I like seeing the skirts layered over long skirts. xD Most of the really great uses of the skirt I've seen so far are because people did that. Though there were a few really good ones that used something else. They just didn't keep the avatar long so I don't remember who it was. D:

It's exactly as Cora said. There's a difference between giving constructive criticism, bald and unsweetened and being rude.

Some users literally were saying things like, "I think the pixelists are getting lazy. They gave us another pile of shit and expect us to be excited about it?" and "They think they can give us anything and then add transparency and we won't see that it's crap?"

I am not exaggerating, though I am paraphrasing so I don't have to go digging through thousands of pages of posts to find the original comments again. It got that rude and that uncalled for. And, yes, because some of it was my own design, it hurts my personal feelings too. But since I didn't do the pixeling, it's not as personal to me.

I totally understand and feel people when they say things like, "Eh. I don't like it." or "Doesn't interest me." or "I like the shape of the item, but I'd like it better if it weren't transparent." or "I think the design of x is kinda ugly, myself." CK understands 'ugly' even if she doesn't agree. I see avatars that get praised orgasmically that I think are absolutely hideous. Taste is a personal preference and I don't get offended because people think differently than I do, or don't like what I've done. Unless they're just all sorts of rude about it. The rudeness is what gets me.

I tend to like a lot of the items, actually. Its mainly like just the more conceiling items that I dont care for, and thats because I much prefer layering. :drool: But I would never be able to do what you guys do. Very creative and cool items sometimes, and even really beautiful. I also imagine that it probably takes a very long time just in order to pixel them all. @[email protected];;

I really like your sketch by the way. I can see the little parts where she switched things up a little. I do like what she did to the style of the organza. And on another related note, I think that there is always going to be those hit and misses when the items come out. Some people can just adore one of the items, and other people can completely hate it. So many different kinds of tastes, so you can't always please them all, but you can try to get a little bit of each in there to satisfy most. :yes:

Oh my. People were honestly talking like that? Thats just plain rude. I can't stand when people act like that. Sometimes the saying "if you dont have something nice to say, then dont say anything at all" really comes into play for too many people. I honestly feel like yelling that at the kids I work with sometimes. They can be soo mean to each other. Evil little things.

Honestly is it just me or was I just blind before.....mene is getting ruder and meaner.

Cora hasn't found that perfect use for those skirts just yet, but she will....because she adores them.

Through all this I feel most bad for poor wishie. She makes such beautiful Items all the time....and then people make comments like that. I love you Wishie dear! Don't listen to them meanie poos!

I like to try to make my holiday avis a little unique, but its hard sometimes. ><;; I fought with this one a lot, but I think i'm finally satisfied. :lol: I wish I owned a Golden Top o' the Morning Tophat, though. Would work nicely with it.

I think the feedback widget is nifty. It shows what people really want.....rather then some argueing with two people.....which may look like a big thread......

@ Seiki: OMG TOTALLY. A million times over!! I'd love to be able to move a bunch of items at once... :XD It would save me a lot of slow arranging.

CK, I thought I had suggested it before, but I dunno. Looks like Sizz beat me to it anyways so I'll just vote and leave a comment with a few suggestions and leave it at that.

Sizz, Skins series 5 cast = <3. I have a hard time picking a favorite. Probably Grace, though I really liked Frankie at the beginning. Such a good season though. Well written, good chemistry between the actors, etc. Its such a shame that they only get two seasons though because I feel this season is a lot lighter than stuff they've done in the past, and I think next season they'll go too fast with the drama to bring it to an end.

Does my avatar look tall? Maybe it's the lack of bulky items? I dunno.
