it would really help with these hard challenges to be able to explain why we did what we did... since it's so open to interpretation... but hey, I don't set the rules xD

I would say mine is a winter dump - what you might find in a melting snow pile in a mall parking lot - paper, sporks from the food court, etc. I was thinking gray and winter because it is snowing here. Again. Another 15 inches expected today.

hmm....I just really went for colors and items that would be typical for a dumpster......though I really think I'm going out this round.

Oh, good, descriptions. I was really dreading judging this round. xD; I'm having problems understanding the avatars you guys are making without descriptions.

I'll finish updating shortly, and wait and see if anyone else has a description to turn in before we start judging : )

I thought about it and I don't think I'm gonna give a description xD; Honestly I wanna see what the judges see in my avatar. Even if it might cause me to lose a few points because of misinterpretations or something, oh well, the main reason I joined this was to improve so if the judges don't see anything in it then maybe I'll be able to figure out why (and then improve).

...but if you guys REALLY want a description I can come up with one xP

If we can't understand it, I don't think it's a matter of skill. For this round, at least. In other rounds, I think a description would be bad, but considering that I don't get these avatars AT ALL until I see a description, not giving one may just end up making you lose. You don't have to be super detailed, just nudge us judges in the right direction so we'll get what you were trying to do.
