Entry update time! Since, umm, I dunno how soon I can get to these today. >.>;;

So, umm, I noticed that everyone is doing sodas and energy drinks for their entries. So, I wanted to try something different. Which brings me to my entry...

A PAINT CAN!
Since, umm, those cheap paint cans with watered-down paints are made of aluminum over here. >.>;; And, the round did say to go with your most creative interpretation. ^^;;

The first one has the paint spilling from the can. The second has the paint exploding out or something. ^^;; The shield is supposed to represent the can's lid/cover. And, umm, the colors by the middle are supposed to represent the paint stripes on the can that tell you what color the paint inside is.

Err... yeah, not yet polished. >.>;; But, I wanted some opinions early, since I don't know how soon it will be before I manage to post another update before the actual deadline. ^^;;

ps: Please tell me if the placement of the Ninja Band is wrong, like if it's too far/near from the eyes. I just photoshopped it, and I'm not exactly sure if I placed them correctly... >.>;;

I think that's very clever, Rylynne. XD I prefer the first version, myself. And I like the skirt to represent paint spilling over the can. :3

Explaination: She is a paint can. The gun is to represent the damage it is doing to the environment, the helmet is the top of the can. The belt is the run off of the can and the blue visor thing is the nossel. Any opinions?

Maybe you could work some more on the bottom? It looks a little weird with top part of the black shoes only showing up on one side. I think it could benefit from a handheld item as well... but I can't give you any suggestions because I can't think of any at the moment. And if you can't find anything that works, it'll probably still be okay without a handheld item since it's already well-balanced. :)

ugh, I feel so blasphemous with this colour combo... it's so baaad, but it's what's on the can and my attempt at sprite sucked...

I like how the black only goes up one leg... since on the can the black writing goes up the left side {example)
anyway... I'll try and find a handheld and keep working on a sprite option, but anything too bulky, handheld wise, would break the up/down, canish shape

And btw, does anyone have suggestions for my entries? =O I dunno how to get more of the greyish-black color down the middle portion of my avatar. =\ I'm also thinking of another white headpiece that can balance out the heavy white area down the bottom cause of the bulky boots (they're only there cause they look like a can xDD). And should I try and change my avatar's face to white instead of a normal color?

@ Pixore : I mentioned in my post with the entries that I was going for a paint can, since everyone else is going for a soda/energy drink and I wanted to be unique. 8DD;; The hair is the overflowing paint and the shield is like the lid of the can. =P

I finally found something that will layer over the sleeves, and then I took the gloves off since it covered the silver on one sleeve. How does this look?

Edit: Switched to silver gloves. Hand still looks kind of bright.
