As much as I dread it, I've decided its time to reorganize my inventory. x.x I've just bought too many items for my old method.

Plus all of the new multi-equip items are really throwing off my ability to categorize things. XD

How do you guys organize your inventory?

I organize by layer/where it equips. As one drawer begins to fill up, I'll find a way to split it further so it's easier to find things. The more items you have in a drawer, the more likely you are to look over something, especially since there's no way that we can organize within drawers yet.
Here are my drawers (along with explanations):

For now, I just have separate drawers for EI's and CI's. I haven't really organized the rest of my inventory other than grouping similar items together, such as the neckties, scarves, etc. But that's going to have to change when I get more items.

I like the layering idea that Cherry is using though. That's the way that I usually look through items in the MAC and it works really well.

Cherry: That's kind of how mine is now, but less specific. Shirts, bottoms, accessories, stockings, lingerie. I was thinking I'd make it more like yours, but I wasn't sure if anyone thought it was better to organize by color or some other method instead.

I think I might separate all EIs and CIs into their own drawers though.

Lynne, I'm actually still waiting on scores from Paprika, and I haven't had much time to really be on for longer than a couple of minutes but hopefully we'll have the final round started sometime this week. I don't know when it will be though.

Cherry, I sort mine by color, and then by "area" within that color. Meaning I do head, then face/neck, jackets, dresses, tops, skirts, pants/shorts, belts, gloves, stockings/socks, shoes. That kind of think. I don't actually like super sort. My inventory is too large for me to go and be picky with the way I organize.

All my items are in my main inventory and go by color - black, gold, pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white. And then withen the colors I organized them by shade. And then within shade I organize them by the order the seiki said.
