That's it. The style. They're the same style. They're both sort of steampunk, but with an edge. And they have similar shapes.
They both have the mohawk, they both have a hairpin, they both have something over the eyes. They both have a poofy shirt, they both have a short skirt with a harem skirt under it, they both have stockings showing, but with most of the calves covered by boots/shoes and leg guards. The one on the left has long gloves on to make up for the fact that it doesn't have long sleeves.
