lol, I live with 6 birds, 3 dogs, and 2 cats.....plus 2 children....I'm used to noise xP

My fiance's mother used to live across the street from a family that kept peacocks... he hated it since they kept him up. I couldn't hear them though xD

lol, some people heard noises and are bothered by them more then others at night.

I've never liked white peacocks. They're pretty, but I think the color of regular peacocks makes them much more beautiful. The white is just kind of.. white xD

I think both types are absolutely stunning.

Pretty ironic, since its the opposite for humans. Albeit woman are still very picky, since we need to be in order to find good genes for offspring, but woman tend to have to be more beautiful then men.

Male lions are the only ones with manes. Bulls have horns. Hmm...The males are always bigger and have more muscle mass, and females are always petite and fragile. That one would apply to humans. Er, I cant think of other stuff right now, though.

Haha. Well, thankfully there are a lot of people that fall in love with who someone is and dont mind the looks. I've come to notice that there is someone for everyone in some way. I've seen very unattractive people in very happy relationships, and i've seen very mean people in stable ones, too.

That's very true. But i'm stating the more obvious xD.
Like one of my friends is quite over weight but she's very pretty and there was this guy who was really over weight and well average looking. And she was interested in him, and he told her that she wasn't good enough for him lol.

I've had guys tell me that they're not good enough for me, and that really hurts my feelings. It makes me feel like i'm a bad person to make them think something like that. :'( Its such a sad concept.

I agree, Suo! It's weird, though, when someone tells me they're not good enough for me, that makes them not good enough for me. >_> Self-fulfilling prophecy, or whatever. It's sort of like, if you don't love yourself, why should I? But then, that makes me a total hypocrite. :lol:

vBulletin hates letting you edit posts if there are images in them. must be. i had one of my posts all edited how I wanted, and when I went to preview, it jacked up all the links to my images. and there were well over 100 images that i now have to go through and fix the links for and it sucks : (

I think the problem with people in general, is even if they try not to base a relationship solely on the physical attractiveness of another person, everyone has the tendency to judge on first appearances. Its unfortunate that people are as shallow as they are, but the reality of the matter is that you have to find something physically attractive on another person to create that initial draw. I have seen several people with traits that society in general would call ugly that have wonderfully attractive features on them. Plain doesn't have to be boring, just like size doesn't have to be healthy.

On the other hand though, I think that people have the ability to meet someone who they find unattractive in many ways and learn to find physical traits in that person that make them more attracted to them. Sometimes a smell is more attractive than a look, or the type of skin or their skin color. Sometimes its the feeling that a person's eyes give you, or how they can reassure you with a smile.
