I think this is the first time I've actually won an avatar contest. XD I got to the final round all three times I've been in Project Mene and I've gotten runner up in several contests, but I've never actually gotten first place before.

I dunno Cora, since its current value is not really known, it's hard to say.
I'd say anything between 15-20k would be sufficient? Perhaps consult an admin about it? Wouldn't wanna get in trouble >____<

I know we are allowed to buy things from the charity as long as we treat them as a separate entity and everything is fair traded.....I asked about that in the past.
