Ooooh, I waver, sometimes better alone sometimes with others, but i'm almost not allowed to have my door closed, because it drives my cat nutters.

TerrenaAnimula 03-30-2011 02:03 AM

XD

I shut my door regardless to the cat's feelings! XD If she is really determined to get in, she can open my door for she has done it quite a few times in the past!

shaddowkitty 03-30-2011 02:05 AM

Ah, well, it doesn't bother me to leave it open usually. But Idk about the next couple weeks while my cousin's parents stay here, cause usually, i have this end of the upstairs to myself, but jim is staying in the office, which is next to my room.
So, I'll prolly keep the door shut for now.

TaiyoTsuki 03-30-2011 02:07 AM

Okay, I'm lost in the convo. Again.

shaddowkitty 03-30-2011 02:08 AM

sleeping w door open/closed dah

TerrenaAnimula 03-30-2011 02:12 AM

Yeah...with company...my door definitely stays close all the time I am home. :/

And sorry if I keep disappearing...I am in other threads and looking at the DC Cherry Blossom Festival that I think I want to go too.

shaddowkitty 03-30-2011 02:25 AM

I'm also not home a lot xD
I spent last night on my bf's pull out couch, and woke up 3 hours later due to his little sisters and the animals and such.
It was like win.

TerrenaAnimula 03-30-2011 02:29 AM

XD

I'm normally at home...when most of your friends either work or go to classes or do both (in which I do both as well), it is hard to have time to go out and chill with friends. :/

shaddowkitty 03-30-2011 02:35 AM

Oh, it's not that, it's that where I live is pretty far from where I am going to school, and both my parents live about 20 minutes from my home, so i'm always going to one of their houses for something and staying the night there, or I sleep over at the bf's or another friend. It's just how it is lol. So I am like @[email protected]

TerrenaAnimula 03-30-2011 02:38 AM

My college is like 20 minutes away from where I live. And I commute monday through thursday. My job is also in the same place and within walking distance of the college (if I want to deal with LARGE hills and MANY MANY stairs). And I commute to that on fridays and saturdays.

And I'm about to get off of here to get ready for bed. I have to be up in eight hours and I still have to take a shower, get my things packed up to be running out the door *is always running late because she doesn't want to get up in the mornings especially when it is cold*

shaddowkitty 03-30-2011 03:30 AM

I has no jobs at the moment, so gas is very precious right now. Night get up and ready in morning!

ElysiumFate 03-30-2011 04:18 AM

Going back to the conversation...yeah...I don't like sleeping in beds with people. I'm getting better with it, though, because I'm slowly starting to care less and less if people are in my personal space bubble. *shrugs* It's just when they're in MY space bubble in MY room, that I don't like it. My room is my room, darn it! I don't yet know how I'm going to deal with having to give half of my closet to a boyfriend or something one day. XD Or, God forbid...let somebody other than me decorate my space. Hopefully I find somebody with good taste.

On the current topic: I commute from half an hour away to get to school. Soon I'll have a job, most likely in the same town, that I'll have to commute to, too. No complaints. I love my college town.

FeyonaSaibre 03-30-2011 10:49 AM

Most guys don't bother decorating. It's one of those things they think are the "woman's job". I wouldn't be too concerned about finding someone with good taste because if you find someone to live with they'll most likely have similar interests.

I live about 20 minutes from my school... and about 10 minutes from work. It makes days like today fun. (Because I work from super early to 5 and then go to school from 5:30 to 8 or so.

TerrenaAnimula 03-30-2011 05:23 PM

When I was going to my community college...you could make it there in twenty minutes....provided you didn't run into traffic, traffic is going slow, don't really have to spend time at the stop lights, and speed. XD Otherwise, it was closer to a half hour.

ElysiumFate 03-30-2011 06:11 PM

Ha ha. Story of my life Ter.

FeyonaSaibre 03-30-2011 09:27 PM

I'm just happy I'll be taking a break from school soon so I can concentrate on keeping my pregnancy safe.

ElysiumFate 03-30-2011 11:02 PM

Just finishing up this semester, ne?

TerrenaAnimula 03-31-2011 12:47 AM

That sounds good, Fey. :D

I'm taking the summer off...the past two years I've done summer semesters. I ain't this year...I need a break.

ElysiumFate 04-01-2011 09:14 PM

I do believe that there is an April Fools Day event!!!!!!! Muhahaha! Go check it out, ya'll.

FeyonaSaibre 04-02-2011 01:13 PM

@ElysiumFate ~ Pretty much. I've got too much stress in my life as is. I wouldn't want to over stress on finals and lose my baby because of it, ya know?

@TerrenaAnimula ~ yeah, I started school last summer. I had pretty much already decided to take the summer off, but I may take more time off than that, depending on what the people from financial aid and the counselor say.

TerrenaAnimula 04-04-2011 12:05 AM

I still need to do my FAFSA and my Virginia TAG. XD But I have finally done my taxes! YAY! Shame I can't get anything back with being a college student since I am claimed as a dependent. -_-

ElysiumFate 04-04-2011 12:41 AM

Friggin' FAFSA. May it burn in the ring of hell that is solely reserved for all financial aid programs.

TerrenaAnimula 04-04-2011 12:46 AM

lol

But at least I get aid by filling it out. :)

This year will be the first year I do the Virginia TAG...and the only reason I can do that is because my college is a private one...if it was public, I wouldn't be offered financial aid through the state.

That sounds so strange...

TerrenaAnimula 04-04-2011 02:26 AM

Why? We can't get financial aid through the state unless it is a private school. Public schools don't get that option. I don't know why. So I can get both federal and state financial aid for going to the college I am going to.
