Mhm. Well. I just finished my last final and am now free to rest for a week or so.

I have one more final but its and oral not a test and we're allowed to write a script before hand. whatev. I'm not worried about it.

Ick. I took four years of Spanish, but I always hated the language so none of it really "stuck."

I hate spanish too but it was what I took. I'm done with my two years of it though.

I find it to be such an ugly language...it's definitely not a romance language in my book. I don't know that I really consider any language a romance language though...they're just languages.

everything is a normal language in my book. I hate spanish 'cause i suck at it and spain is not interesting to me.

Eh. I didn't suck at it, I just don't find Spain or Mexico that interesting either. If I'm going to learn a language I'd prefer it to be one from a country that I'm interested in visiting or consider beautiful like France, Germany, England....Austria...Italy.

japan!!! 'cept japanese is very hard to learn. I live in the southwest and there are a lot of spanish speakers where I live. I don't like the way french or german sounds either. I think Korean is actually the awesomest of all.

I had some trouble picking up French at first, but it got easier the further into it I went. I don't remember much now because I've never had to use it here. It was kind of fun to let everything roll into one big word.

I haven't heard enough languages to really be knowledgeable about the sound, but I kind of enjoy that tagalong-type of language. When the language is really bogged down with slang enough so that it's considered an entirely new dialect.

So basically Spanish, Crane? Lol. Or English. :XD

German makes me laugh...but for some reason I still like it. I guess it's because I relate it with the happiness of laughter. I've heard a lot of languages, but I can't tell a lot of them apart. German, Swedish, Austrian, Danish, Polish, Russian...they all sound the same to my untrained ear.

Oh, and yeah. I'm from the midwest, Kat. So I know what you mean about Spanish being everywhere. Almost everything has Spanish captions now where I'm from, and if you go a day without hearing people discussing something in Spanish you obviously didn't go out of the house or use any sort of electronic device.

lol yeah. and I read manga in spanish now because sometimes it's easier to find!
