I see yesterday and last night we had Kat, Kirin and Serena here along with a few new people.

It is another cloudy day here in Austin.
We have been getting dark cloudy days, but no rain, which we desperately need.

My husband tells me that Austin is talking about using a level 4 (5?) drought alert, which would mean no watering at all! Then all our grass and quite probably our trees would die.

I wouldn't mind some clouds or rain. the sun is hot here. like instant sunburn!

We have been in the 90's all week.
I think that summer has started early here.

How are your classes coming, Kat?

I'm in class now. its the last week. I have another class today and one friday, and then its just two writing portfolios I need to turn in.

i have a lot of plans for the summer. not anything big, but just some personal goals and projects I want to finish.

Nothing huge fore summer here either. Well am going out east to celebrate my aunt and uncle's wedding anniversary, well they're not my aunt and uncle by blood, but yeah.

I have returned from my shopping trip!
Perhaps one of these times I will even buy something!

When it is so hot out I like to just wander around the nice air-conditioned mall.

Today was really warm and it was really warm at work today. ^^"

It was hot here yesterday.

I dunno how it feels outside atm. I think it's cooled down a little bit. We had a couple of strong storms last night around 10-11p that we were in and got to watch :)

Yesterday was brutal. I was glad I didn't have to work on line yesterday the entire shift. But I was still warm most of it. Then I liked when I was dining room the last couple hr of my shift. I was in the AC but, had to go outside in the heat to throw trash out from the dining room.

It's nice and cool here today. So happy.

I love cooler days.
I think that I am living in the wrong state!

I grew up further north, but my husband grew up down here.
All I can say is Thank Goodness for air conditioning!
