It's almost dinner time for me in about a few hours. I'm getting off work in about an hour so I'm thinking of ideas for dinner :D

I can't drink coffee, it makes me need to tinkle so often. Sometimes if I'm going to work in the morning I get hot chocolate and sometimes tea. I drink a lot of green tea when I'm sick, though!

I drink more tea than coffee. Not a big fan of coffee. Though, I will drink it more often when I'm at school because of needing to keep going.

I just love the smell of it, but I have never been able to get past the taste.

Coffee is one of those last things I would consider drinking. I only will willingly if I have no choice because I'm planning on being up late :(

I had read somewhere that tea (black tea) can have as much caffeine as coffee.

It is only the herbal teas that do not have caffeine.

So rather than drink coffee to stay up, you could have a nice cup of Earl Grey?

It appears that the generic black tea is about half the caffeine of the generic brewed coffee.

Coffee for some reason really gets me awake. But, it's a last resort for me usually. I prefer not to drink too much coffee

If I do drink coffee, I get an instant caffeine high and then a few hours withdrawal. LOL. I just stay away from it to be safe.

Yeah, I will avoid it unless it's a last resort for that reason.

Dunno if I should stay home from work tonight or not. My grandmother is in the hospital and part of me wants to go and visit her tonight with my mom.
But, she's not that sick anymore, she's fine, they have her on medication. But, I didn't see her yesterday when she went in.
I would feel bad calling in because I would feel like I'm letting them down. But, it wouldn't be for a stupid reason, something happened in my family, someone close got sick, etc. (family emergency type stuff)
I have never called into work ever. :/ So, I have no idea.

most bosses understand when its a family emergency and if you dont call into work that often I dont see why they would be upset about it just give them enough time to get a replacement worker for you.
