Speaking in front of people is something that I was never able to get used to either. It was part of my job however, so I just did the best I could.

It was much nicer actually when the company cut back, and wouldn't allow as many business trips. That way, we handled most of the meetings with conference calls. It was much easier to talk to people during conference calls. You didn't have to deal with people looking at you then.

Well, that was in the past. Now I needn't worry about meeting large groups of people anymore. Now it's just mostly family.

(and you wonderful dears here also. But then, you feel like family now)

I only speak out loud in classes, when I have to X'D
It doesn't help when I have faith in my classmates to be intelligent enough to be able to refute some of the things I said. Part of the presentations in class also involves answering the questions of others >_<; *hides*
I do my best, though. Hopefully that's enough. I'm trying to be braver about the whole thing >_>

Plum dear, there are groups that help you speak in front of people. I believe that most cities have chapters of the Toastmasters. I've never belonged, but I understand from some friends that they helped immensely.
