I'm sorry, Mimi dear. But is sounds like somebody is looking after your mother. Having a dream like that, then parts of it coming true is quite amazing. I feel your mother did the right thing. I hope that when she does go in for the surgery, everything will turn out fine. The best thing you can do is support her and pray.

Your mother must be a very strong person to go in by herself like that. I would not be able to do that.

^-^ I know. Well, it's..quite hard to explain but.
My mom, oldest brother, and me all dream things before they actually happen.
We have deja vu's quite often, reason of why I knew something was wrong with her ovularies and she got them checked. Yet for our WHOLE family to feel odd about it??

Sometimes we just ignore it, but the whole family.. well it's just not right then. So yeah. She didn't listen but then when the dream showed her she did. I'm glad she had that dream. It's exactly like. One day when I was younger I thought I was going to get raped going under the viaduct near my old home back when I rode the bicycle to school. Yet I decided to take a detour and go around it, and then when I came home, there were police cars (Police station was quite near) and a woman had been raped. It's odd. I can't explain it. Sometimes we dream things months before they happen, sometimes when time tells us to.

My mom's strong, yet stubborn since she waited far too long. I told her that if anything wasn't right to get out of there yet she stayed for 3 hours more.

It appears that your family has been touched by a precious gift, and you use it wisely.

You are right though to keep encouraging her to go in. If there is a problem, it must be taken care of.

Gift at times, though also quite eerie really.

Sometimes I'm scared. I must admit. Yet there's nothing to fear but life itself I suppose..

I wouldn't be afraid of a gift that comes from within yourself. If it comes from within you, it cannot be bad.

I brought some light purple paint along today. I was hoping that some of the nice strong youngsters could help paint?

Ah ^^ I could help you paint, yet I could only do doors unless you have a ladder.
5'4 Is a bit too short to get to the top of the walls :]

That's the height that I am. I'm also quite averse to climbing on ladders. My balance is not very good.

Maybe Thoth or some of the others will come around sometime soon.

Meanwhile, would you like another cup of tea?
Tell me about where you live. What's your home like?

Ah, I'd love some tea ^-^

Well, my home's.. Well my parents bought it since it would be new homes and everything and it's pretty big. We have a nice yard where we like to sit, chat and bbQ of course x3
Err.We have a really big living room with an open kitchen.
Above (yes we have to use the staircase xD) we have three bedrooms, of which one my sis and I share, one my parents and the other my brother, a laundry room, a bathroom and a nice landing which has a big chair x3 my fav spots to sit really.
In the bathroom we have a toilet, and downstairs we also have one. We also have a closet where we stock foods downstairs under the staircase. And..A shed. That's about all I can come up with xD

How about yours Gramma?

It sounds like a lovely house, dear.

We have quite a large home - much larger than we need. We've talked about selling and getting a smaller place, but with the housing market the way it is, we feel we should just stay put for awhile.

Our house has two stories, no basement. Downstairs is a very nice livingroom, the kitchen with a nice breakfast table to the side, a powder room, and a formal dining room. Then the Master Bedroom is also on the first floor, with a nice bathroom attached.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms and a study. There's also a fairly goodsized gameroom that has lots of shelves for my books. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs.

We don't really use most of the house. I tend to stay downstairs so I don't have to climb up very often. (My knees are getting too old for that).

We are on a corner lot, with a number of 100 year old live oak trees. (Live oak is a type of oak tree that keeps its leaves during the winter, and drops them in the spring)

Right out my window from the breakfast area I can see the street, and some of our bushes where the blue jays live. I love to watch them.

O: That's a pretty big house indeed!!
Ah, and the sight must be beautiful. ^-^
Thank you for explaining live oak, I would've asked x]

We almost live here two years now, and I remember, first year before winter, they planted young trees along the street. :] Small parrots tend to stay into them. My cat and I watch them from inside, looking through the bedroom window :]

Edit: I have to brb for a while, Gramma. It's dinner time ^-^

Hello Thoth dear. We were wondering if you would be stopping by today! I wonder if I could talk you into helping us paint the tea room?

Mimi thought a nice light purple would be a good color. I agree, but I do want a splash of brighness somewhere. Perhaps a mustard yellow someplace?

Yeah, I'd totally be willing to help Granny. ^^ What color do you want it painted? hehe.
Sadly, I'll have to leave for school in a couple hrs...

I'm not a big mustard color fan... but yeah, I agree that a mellow yellow would compliment the purple. XD

All right - I'll go by your suggestions. You and Mimi probably have a better idea of how it would look.

You may leave anytime. School is very important.

It's a beautiful pale purple. A bit lavender. Rather like pale lilacs in the spring.

I've heard that Amazon.com carries quite a few textbooks. My nephew bought a number of his class books from there.

Welcome back, Mimi dear. I wish I had a little kitty. It would be nice to have that warm, cuddly little purring by me.

I believe I met a Casanova kitty at Christmas time. He was grey, with white tips. Very sweet kitty.

I think the light purple painting is all done now, thank you Thoth dear. Mimi made a chocolate cake today. Would you like a piece?

I'm afraid I'm going to have to go out for awhile. I'll see you all when I get back!

Yes, thanks. I love chocolate cake. <3 *scarfs down the cake* XD haha.

Alright laterz~

I can tell you love chocolate too, Mimi. XD Lol.
My favorite is dark chocolate becuz its bitter but sweet at the same time. Love it.

I don't think I've tried praline before... I love the flavor of hazelnut though in my coffee. XD
Mmm, yes chocolate makes the best topping for baked goods ever.
Yes, I haven't had cake in a long time... I'm drinking coffee right now to wake up more.
