Can you get a zombie thrown into that mix somehow? If zombie pirates are awesome a pirate-ninja-vampire-zombie must be epic!

I know how you feel about not wanting to go to bed. I'm such a night owl when I don't have workin the morning.

yep, I'm a total night owl. I haven't gone to sleep before midnight at all this week. Mostly I'll go to sleep around 3 though.

hm, I think zombie might overdue it. zombies aren't really my thing, and can you even make a ninja zombie?? A zombie pirate might be cool though!

a ninja zombie probably wouldn't work well... they'd lurch instead of sneak and moan at bad times.

lol! I imagine that would be a really funny sight to see. I'm trying to imagine a zombie hiding behind a tree and wearing all black and doing cartwheels. I tis amused now.

zombie ninjas, haha, OK, I've had my laugh for the day ^_^
I didn't know there was a Vampirate book. I read an online comic called Charby the Vampirate and it is really good.

Oh, I'm glad I didn't sign on yesterday. I can't imagine talking like a pirate. You all sounded very good though!

How is everybody today?

Hello scholar! We have my normal Gevalia Earl Grey, which is very good.
There is also a Mango Ceylon.

How are you today?

Hmm... Earl Grey. I'm not fond of fruit-flavored teas; it just seems weird. Almost as weird as the coffee-flavored frozen yogurt the Pinkberry down the street from me was offering a while ago.

I'm okay -- waiting for my husband to wake up so we can finish rearranging furniture. With 450 sq feet, two people who work a lot at home (meaning two desks, two reading chairs), three cats, over a thousand books and CDs, and very little extra money, we have to be creative with making the space work. I *love* moving furniture, though -- it gives me a refreshed sense of my own power. I've been moving furniture probably since I was 8 or 9; I remember a blissful Sunday morning after my sister left for college when I moved furniture from her room into mine, without my parents hearing a single sound despite being asleep thirty feet away!

And how are you? I've always wanted to ask: why do you call yourself Granny?

Afternoon, Kat! What time zone are you in? It's only just past noon for me. My husband woke up barely in time for me to say "good morning" instead of "good afternoon". ;) Any interesting plans for the day?

Hi Daria! Things are good; enjoying my last weekend before classes start next week.

@Kat: I, too, should do laundry. *sigh* It never ends!

At my university, we're on the quarter system, so we start at the end of September. :D But we don't get out until mid-June, and the transition from Winter to Spring quarter is AWFUL, just one week of break after finals end!

Afternoon, Cloudwalker! Any plans for the day?

Yes, it is *very* difficult to go from January through June with only a week or two break in total. Everyone's fried by the end of May, professors, TAs, undergrads. TAs might have it worst off, I think, because sometimes we're still grading into spring break, while the undergrads finish their finals and are simply done. Professors, of course, can push work off onto us!

Oh, hello, Dream!

Here something to ponder over while having tea:
PSYCHOPATH TEST

Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result.
This is not a trick question. It is as it reads.

No one I know has gotten it right. Few people do.
The Question:

Quote:
A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing.
She believed him to be her dream guy so much that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him.
A few days later she killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive for killing her sister?
[Give this some thought before you answer, see answer below]*
* *
***
****
*****
Answer to the Question

Quote:
She was hoping the guy would appear at the funeral again.
If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to determine if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly. If you didn't answer the question correctly, good for you..
