At my school registration becomes available at different times for different people. Like... returning students can register before new students and stuff like that.

yeah, it my time to register and when that happens, the online link should open and let me click it so I can register, but its been almost 10min after 7 and I still can't click it.

Oh, the site may just be having issues. Wait until it's been at least 15-30 minutes before you begin to worry.
