I've never been on another site and these masks looked more like cow skulls!

... I do think I remember seeing something like a skull worn as a helmet on Mene. The only other site I've been on is Gaia and the avatars are so different it's hard to mix them up.

Even if it does, there is a specific scene in the movie I saw where the Phantom wears a full face skull mask so it could still work.
