Hello, everyone~ I wouldn't mind hearing some of those tips. You just never know when they might come in handy. I only have one babysitting tip, and it involves food. |
Know when a kid's getting burnt out on one activity. Switch before then, if you can, and tell them "we can go back to this later, if you're good."
Simple games can be great. Concentration ruled summer camp, as well as an animal word game (first letter of the next one has to be last letter of the last one--Dog, goat, tiger, raccoon. If you use this game, PM me for a list of Ns and Ys, they're the hardest). Your energy level will be noted. Eat as much sugar as the kids. |

I'm afraid that I am quite addicted to those girl scout cookies with the caramel coconut on them, and the chocolate on one side. I don't remember the name.
They are so delicious! I hope that a little girl scout comes to my door this year. I would dearly love some more of those cookies. |
